Appliances & TV Return Policy

No exchange or returns after seven days. After Seven days warranty is effective.

Goods returned must be in the original state and packaging.

All exchanges on faulty goods will be done in line with the terms of the CPA. The supplier/manufacturer may inspect the item to establish the cause of a fault but will not repair a significant fault without the customer's consent.

Proof of Purchase (POP), as well as a Certificate of Compliance (COC) by a certified gas installer, is required for the warranty to take effect.

No TV may be returned or exchanged if the screen is cracked. The TV warranty will render the warranty claim null and void if the screen is cracked/damaged.

It's policy to check all goods before being dispatched.
