Curtaining Return Policy

No exchange or refund without proof of payment.

No exchange or refund on the cut of fabric, fringing trims, or upholstery trims.

Fabric exchange/returns only to be made on full rolls in original condition.

Exchange/returns will only be done on curtaining accessories pelmets, brackets, hooks, runners, rails, and tie-backs that are prepacked and/or in original packaging.

Once Confirmed (With a Deposit), Custom/Special Orders, given their unique production nature, Cannot be replaced or returned.

All the above apply within seven days.
