MHC World reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product on sale. Pictures used are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. All prices and illustrations are deemed correct at the time of publication, however, we cannot be responsible for any changes that may occur. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Errors and omissions excepted. We accept all major credit cards.

These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the MHC World (“Provider”) the website located at the domain name www.mhcworld.co.za (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider.

By using this Website or communicating with the Provider by electronic means, the user consents and acknowledges that all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing.
E-Commerce & Privacy
The Website www.mhcworld.co.za sells a wide range of products online. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.
The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (personal computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.
Online Payment
All online credit card payments are processed by the VCS Internet Payment Gateway. Card Holders may go to www.vcs.co.za to view the security policy. Please don't buy all products with the price of R0.00 / R0.01 online. Please contact the store for the price.
Delivery after online payment was made
Please note that all our deliveries take place within 5 to 6 working days within the Gauteng province but may take up to a maximum of 10 working days in other provinces. The goods will dispatch and/or delivered only after the payment reflects. Please Note Saturday and Sunday Deliveries may charged. Free Delivery do not apply.
Television Purchases
Kindly note, A valid paid-up TV license is required for every TV purchase as per SABC regulations for both in-store and online. A copy of the ID document is needed for the necessary validation check. No TV Set can be sold without a valid TV license.
Warranty
On most products sold online, MHC World offers a 1-year warranty, while some products may offer a 5 to 10-year warranty.
Any items purchased from MHC World come with a 7 days return guarantee, should the item be unsatisfactory. These items should however be in their original sold condition/packaging. You are required to contact the store within 7 days after the purchase has been made.
The warranty holds good for products that are used within the prescribed norms, those that are not eligible for warranty are but not limited to:
Products that have surpassed the warranty period;

Provider reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. The User must periodically check these Terms and Conditions on the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.

Self-Assembly Liability Clause
At MHC World, we strive to provide high-quality furniture and strongly advise the use of our approved/certified assembly teams to ensure the best possible experience and safety for our customers. However, if you choose NOT to use our recommended assembly service, please be aware of the following:
Assumption of Risk: You assume full responsibility for the assembly process and any resulting outcomes, including but not limited to, improper assembly, damage to the product, and personal injury.
No Warranty on Self-Assembly: MHC World disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, related to the condition, performance, or durability of furniture assembled by anyone other than our approved/certified assembly teams.
Liability for Damages: MHC World shall not be liable for any damages, defects, or malfunctions of the furniture that result from self-assembly. This includes but is not limited to, structural damage, cosmetic damage, or any harm caused to individuals or property.
Exclusion of Responsibility: MHC World will not be responsible for any costs associated with repairs, replacements, or returns due to issues arising from self-assembly. Any expenses incurred due to incorrect assembly are the sole responsibility of the customer.
