The pot lids are meant to be bent as they fit inside the pot and flex up against the pot lip when the handle is pulled back.

Special Warnings For Security And Use:

•  Read these instructions carefully.
• Do not leave child close to working pressure cooker.
• Do not introduce pressure cooker into a heated oven.
• When moving cooker in pressure, pay maximum attention not to touch the hot surface. Use handles and knobs; if it’s necessary to use adequate protection.
• Do not use a pressure cooker for a different purpose than those expected. It has been created for domestic use only. The distributor could not be responsible for improper use.
• This device is aimed at pressure cooking. Be sure that the pressure cooker is correctly closed before heating. See ‘’instruction for use’’.
• Do not force pressure cooker opening. Assure that the internal pressure is completely decreased before opening it.
•  Do not use pressure cooker without water. This could cause serious damages to people and things.
• Do not fill the cooker beyond 2/3 of its capacity for standard use. When cooking foods that could be subject to expansion(rise, dehydrated vegetables), do not fill the cooker beyond half of its capacity.
• Use heat sources suitable and conformed with the instructions.
•  Do not alter or modify security device. Verify that the valves are not obstructed before every use. See ‘’instruction for use’’
• After cooking meat with skin (bovine tongue i.e.) that could blow up under pressure effect, do not drill the meat while the skin is bloated in order to avoid burns.
• For the cooking of pasty food, slightly shake the pressure cooker before open the lid, in order to avoid the leak of food.
• Never use a pressure cooker to fry food.
• Do not intervene in the security system and maintenance system.
• It is recommended to preserve the item in a fresh and dry place far from heat sources.
• Use this item as indicated. Improper use can damage people and things.

Cleaning and maintenance:

• All kinds of detergents are usable; don’t use hard granulated materials to clean outer surface; don’t use wire cleaners; dry it after rinsing; use vinegar or lemon to clean heavy dirt; valves must always be clean to safety.
•  Please clean any gasket and valve after any use.
• Please do it with fresh water till all the surfaces and the holes are free from any possible residual.
•  Products do not need any maintenance or spare parts change.
• The gasket under the edge of the item must not be removed anyhow.

Problem Solving:

• If the steam does not come out, check whether pressure coke is covered properly, the plastic gasket is dirty or not.
• If there is too much steam coming out, check whether the temperature is too high or not. Remove from fire.
