Features:
2 Tier Radial cyclone: Reconfigured air channels and improved air flow efficiency reduce turbulence and preserve air pressure, so the inner cyclones can extract more microscopic particles. Dyson engineers have also made many iterative changes to reduce sound levels and improve sound quality with the cyclones. The cyclones are arranged in two arrays - first and second level cyclones. Air passes through these two levels, and the shroud protects them from large debris.
New self-adjusting cleaner head: Seals in powerful suction on all floor surfaces. No need to change cleaner heads.
Self-rights when toppled: The repositioned cyclone pack sits within the ball, and both the motor and the cable rewind mechanism are located in the base of the ball, lowering its centre of gravity.
Hygienic bin emptying: Drives out all the trapped dust and dirt, every time.
Articulated handle: The wand's handle rotates in three directions, allowing 360 articulation for greater control all around the home, from floors to furniture and even high corners.

Any person other than yourself who receives the items at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Should nobody be available at the delivery address specified by you at the time of delivery, the driver will return the products. The courier company will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for redelivery. Should nobody still be available we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required under these circumstances. Our sole liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being affected at a later agreed time at no additional charge.

Damaged or wrong items at the point of delivery
When the courier company delivers your order the receiver must inspect the delivered item, before opening it. If any packaging is damaged, please do not accept delivery. Once the delivery note is signed, the receiver accepts the item has been received free from any physical damage. that the itemIf upon inspection you find that the item is damaged or is not the item you originally ordered, you can refuse the delivery. At your request, the right goods will be replaced and redelivered to you at no extra cost.
