Returns / Exchange

No exchange or refunds on dress patterns.

No exchanges or refunds without original proof of payments.

Only full rolls of any item will be exchanged on inspection from the provider.

No exchange/refund on any fabric once cut. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and provider to ensure quality & colour are correct.

Selected haberdashery items will be exchanged or returned if in original condition and/or packaging. Prepacked items include zips, cotton, needles, pins, scissors, threads, fabrics paints, dyes & glues.

Once Confirmed (With a Deposit), Custom/Special Orders, given their unique production nature, Cannot be replaced or returned.

All above applies within seven days.
