SECURITY – CCTV

 MHC WORLD would like to recruit an operator who works within a central control room to monitor. .

- Monitoring CCTV cameras and initiate appropriate response to suspicious activities.
-  Suspicious activity detected via CCTV and appropriate response initiated.
- Updated incident logging system with accurate information and escalate reports to relevant line managers.
• PSIRA training certificate.
• 5 Years experience in control room and CCTV environment.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English and fluently.
• Must have No Criminal Record or pending cases.
• Attention to detail and disciplined.

-  All technical faults must be reported immediately on discovery thereof, to the Control Room manager in a form and manner which is prescribed

- Unauthorized visitors should not be allowed in the Control Room.

- Keep your workstation neat and tidy at all times.
General security function (rotation with Guards and CCTV room)

APPLIANCE SALES ASSISTANT

 MHC WORLD would like to recruit an appliance sales assistant  

 -Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing product information, and recommending suitable appliances. 

-Staying up-to-date on current appliance models, features, pricing, and promotions. 

-Guiding customers through the sales process, including demonstrations, price negotiations, and order processing. 

-Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive purchasing experience. 

-Working towards individual and team sales goals, potentially including quotas or performance metrics. 

-Assisting with stocking, display setup, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. 

-May be involved in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise. 

-Marketing of Products on Social Media 

-Basic maths and Computer Skills

*Prior experience in sales, particularly in retail or big-ticket items.
