Its wide blade, which extends beyond the handle at the bottom, reveals its strength especially when cutting with pressure. The Santoku knife has a blade length of 18 cm. Special ice hardening gives it high corrosion resistance and flexibility. The steel is made from a special ZWILLING formula characterized by an optimal proportion of chromium and carbon. The handle is made of stable plastic that fits perfectly in the hand. Three rivets on the handle, the laser-engraved ZWILLING logo and the contrast between the shiny steel and black plastic characterize the knife's attractive appearance. In addition to Asian cuisine, the ZWILLING Gourmet Santoku knife offers a wide variety of uses. The courier company will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for redelivery. Should nobody still be available we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required under these circumstances. Our sole liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being affected at a later agreed time at no additional charge.

Damaged or wrong items at the point of delivery
When the courier company delivers your order the receiver must inspect the delivered item, before opening it. If any packaging is damaged, please do not accept delivery. Once the delivery note is signed, the receiver accepts the item has been received free from any physical damage. that the itemIf upon inspection you find that the item is damaged or is not the item you originally ordered, you can refuse the delivery. At your request, the right goods will be replaced and redelivered to you at no extra cost.
