We have made it to the third month, the last month of the first quarter of the year 2018. We are leaving summer behind and now entering autumn, but that doesn’t mean the excitement stops there.  The month of March has arrived and we are excited for the change in season as well as the special days in March.

Here are just some of the international highlights for the month of March.

The world is celebrating the International Women’s Day on Thursday, March 8^th. Saturday, March 17^th is St. Patrick's Day for the Irish; however, everyone is Irish on St. Patrick's Day. The Earth Hour is scheduled for March 24^th. Earth hour is the worldwide movement initiated by the World Wide Fund for Nature. It encourages individuals and communities to switch off all non-essential electric lights and devices for one hour – from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm – on Saturday, 24 March.
